Guiding you to becoming so deeply rooted that you can expand fully into what it means to you personally to be healthy, so that whatever life throws your way, the steady foundation you cultivate, even when shaken, will not be disturbed (only rearranged!).

This programme is for you if you would like to feel stronger and more resilient, both physically and emotionally, than you currently do.

You probably have a sense that nourishing your relationship with your health is going to improve this, but you might not know where to start, or how to integrate the changes you want to make. You may be curious to discover new ways to tend to your health, which can be cultivated into your personal wisdom for life!

The holistic health embodiment programme will provide you with that guidance, towards how you want to show up for your health.

During our initial conversation at your first mentoring session you will identify your core health concerns and goals for the programme.

This might be managing stress, anxiety, improving sleep, relationships, feeling more energy in everyday life, being able to relax more easily or get better at ‘switching off’, avoiding or managing burnout, or just becoming ‘more healthy’ as a preventive self-care measure.  You may be interested in learning more about medicinal plants for your personal home apothecary, Yoga practices to support you on your journey, and how to integrate these into your daily life.

We meet over 12-weeks (a total of 5 holistic health embodiment mentoring sessions + weekly Yoga sessions + support in throughout – full details below*), as you dive deeply into embodying your version of healthy, and I’ll be there to support you along the way.

You will receive:

  • Holistic health embodiment mentoring
    (x 5 1:1 sessions)
  • Weekly 1:1 Yoga (x 12 1:1 sessions)
  • Weekly check-in messages: and support throughout your programme. I will be there to cheer you along and celebrate you!
  • Bespoke Yoga Nidra audio recording (guided relaxation).   This is a powerful tool to help unravel subconscious mental blocks, shift patterns of self-sabotage, and to embed your new intentions for your health, bringing more consciousness to the everyday. It can assist you in bridging the gap between how you are showing up, and how you would like to be showing up.  You get to decide what that looks like!
  • FREE access to ALL online immersions & workshops during your programme and within 3-months of your programme completion.

Every session is tailored to support your goals
You will be guided in deep listening to the wisdom of your body, through practices from Yoga (movement, self-reflection, philosophy)meditationbreathing, and bringing intention to the everyday.

You may receive bespoke and personalised guidance on plants, dietary suggestions, or lifestyle adjustment which can support your health goals.

Everything in the programme will be tailored to what feels accessible, sustainable, and manageable for you, so that you get to choose from a delicious platter of support which we co-create, EMPOWERING you to EMBODY what it means for you to be healthy.

This programme instils to your very bones the awareness that whilst your body is a messenger of health, being healthy is multi-dimensional, and transcends beyond the physical realm.

You will be guided in remembering that true holistic health realises that your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health are intricately interwoven.

You become the muse and the artist in creating your own health landscape, and weaving your version of healthy into a beautiful one-of-a-kind tapestry, which shimmers and shape shifts in the changing light of your life, just as the external environment does throughout the seasons or during the day and the night.

Your health landscape is a living work of art which you get to create. I simply guide you in finding the tools which help you to sculpt it.

We honour this throughout the programme so that ‘healthy(such as a radiant, vibrant you who feels energised, can relax with ease, and slip into joy frequency throughout the ups and downs life brings) becomes your natural state.

As you begin to embody your version of healthy, the quality of your life will be influenced: relationships, work, passions will likely shift as you do. The ordinary ‘day-to-day’ will become extraordinary as you remember what an awe-inspiring miracle life is, that you are a VITAL part of!
