Guided by plant allies, ancient wisdom, and your own body’s teachings, you deepen your connection to self, to soul, and to life in all its divinity.
You become aware of the relationship between you and wider nature, the intricate eco-system you are a part of, and how this exchange can also influence your nervous system, mood, and energy.

Nervous system theory
- Foundational knowledge on the nervous system (the three part brain & emotional responses; the autonomic nervous system & stress responses; the Vagus nerve & bringing it all together)
- Sensing and feeling nervous system activity through the body (becoming self aware)
Plant wisdom
- Discover the three types of ‘nervine’ plants which support your nervous system (how & when you might want to work with them, & when not!)
- 6 plant guides meet and develop your in depth relationship with these plant allies. Get to know them beyond their medicinal properties & applications: through sensing & listening cultivate your relationship with plants, & deepen your relationship with yourself
Yoga wisdom
- Self-reflection practices provided between sessions (to fine-tune your awareness, and help you remember your essence and default setting is love!)

What does this look like in real life?
Have you ever noticed that there is a gap between how you do something and how you would like to do something?
